Glenn Frey, legendary guitarist of The Eagles has died. His death was confirmed only moments ago, reportedly a combination of complications from rheumatoid arthritis, acute ulcerative colitis, and pneumonia. Frey had been battling intestinal issues for months since his last surgery in November. Unfortunately within last few days his condition took a turn for the worse. The band has released an official statement on their Facebook page:

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of our comrade, Eagles founder, Glenn Frey, in New York...Posted by Eagles on Monday, January 18, 2016

Fans and musicians alike are currently remembering The Eagles founding member on Twitter.

Rest in Peace, Glenn Frey.

Remembering Ronnie Van Zant

Ronnie Van Zant, Legend and Lynyrd Skynard singer left us on October 20, 1977, when a Convair CV-300 carrying the band between shows from Greenville, South Carolina, to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, crashed outside Gillsburg, Mississippi. Since, a memorial park funded by fans and family of the band was built in honor of Van Zant. The Ronnie Van Zant Memorial Park is located on Sandridge Road in Lake Asbury, Florida, nearby his hometown of Jacksonville.

Happy Birthday Ronnie, and thanks for all the music.

Bill Burr Talks Long Island "Hell Gigs"

Bill Burr has no doubt had his share of "Hell Gigs". But the ones that happened on Long Island might have left a mark.

Next time we have brunch with Tom Hanks, we're telling.

Lemmy's Last Commercial

Tribute video for Lemmy Kilmister by Valio started off shooting a remake of an iconic Finnish milk ad, but  was changed to make it a heartfelt tribute. The  take that came late in the shoot was selected – one of Lemmy’s brilliant improv moments that was never in the script.

Rest in Peace Lemmy.

Use Of Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" in Movie "PAN" May Be The Most Awkward Moment In Movie History

Oh, the Internet. Land of edits, recuts and IP theft galore. But this scene isn't just WEIRD, it's REAL.

The new Peter Pan epic film "Pan" made a whole list of unusual choices, but to use Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" is by far the oddest.

Surely some executives for the film know Kurt Cobain would be rolling in his grave over this, but thought happy thoughts could make it all better.

While the scene itself wasn't the worst thing in movie history, it's just weird - and out of nowhere.

If this trend keeps up - who knows, maybe the next Winnie The Pooh movie might have some Judas Priest on the soundtrack.

And when it does, critics will "Pan" that movie, too.

Sebastian Bach Ain't Coming Back

Sebastian Bach isn't coming back, say Skid Row, as ex singer Harnell apologises for Facebook rant. Skid Row said: “We found out about his decision the same way all of you did, via his post on social media. He had posted that he was no longer in the band before informing the band personally."
