Come join us in Heckscher State Park for a USATF certified 4 mile run or 1 mile walk. The 4 mile run is flat and fast and will take place entirely within the park, and a 1 mile walking loop will be provided for participants who wish to walk! This race is founded by John Acquaro, a 5 year heart recipient, who created it as a way to honor his donor, Shakonna.
