Workshop Description: Everyone has vulnerabilities to certain types of “personalities” at work. This workshop focuses on eight classic types and what makes them “tick”. Most importantly, it explores with all participants how, when and where their own “triggers” came into their lives and got a grip on them. Strategies for overcoming and managing these dysfunctional relationships will be explored with all participants.
