American Cancer Society Fundraiser. February 23rd from 1pm-4pm at Palmer's American Grille, 123 Fulton St, Farmingdale. $10 at the door. Buffet, $4 domestic pints, $5 import, raffles, 50/50, prizes, live music.

Come be a part of a great cause and support Bendan Mims, Joe Mulligan, Frank LaMagna, Chris Hamilton and Tom Durnin in their efforts to raise funds in their journey to the finish line at the 2013 New York City Half Matathon in March.

Every step we take and every mile we conquer will help the American Cancer Society continue to save lives and create a world with less cancer and more birthdays. As part of the ACS team they will try and raise more than $6,500 and do their part to make a change in the ongoing battle against cancer.

Thanks in part to the ACS, nearly 14 million cancer survivors are celebrating birthdays this year.
