6 week block of Rapid INSANITY (Limit of 35 people) A total-body conditioning program, INSANITY ® is likely the hardest workout curriculum you'll ever do. We will push you past your limits to get the leanest, hardest body you've ever had with workouts packed with plyometric drills and relentless intervals of strength, power, and resistance moves. The program also incorporates ab and core training techniques to help sculpt and tone the ultimate physique. This Rapid INSANITY workout has you in and out in 30 min! Ideal for those that want to get a short but intense workout in before their day starts. As always, modifications are provided :) We fit every fitness level, so all are welcome!What to bring: TowelYoga mat (recommended but not mandatory)WaterWhat to wear:Light, breathable workout clothing (something you can move around in comfortably)Crosstrainer sneakers (nothing thin soled ie; Converse)*Payment should be by check (made out to Jennifer Fay) and mailed/dropped off to either the Sollazzo or Leo Mintzer Centers. Registration forms will also be available at both centers.
