The juror was busted when the lights dimmed in the courtroom while a video ran.
It was then the judge realized the man was on his phone by the glow on his chest.
The judge dropped the gavel and cleared everyone except 26-year-old Benjamin Kohler from the courtroom.
That had to be a lonely feeling.

Jurors in Oregon are given strict instructions at the beginning of each trial not to use cellphones in court.
Graves held Kohler in contempt, and he spent most of Tuesday and Wednesday in the county jail. He was released Wednesday night.
Neither the nature of the text message nor its recipient was disclosed.
