You can join Ted!

Saturday, 9/17 at 8am join WBAB’s Ted Lindner at the 34th Great Cow Harbor 10K Run beginning at Laurel Avenue School, 158 Laurel Avenue in Northport. It is expected to be the biggest Cow Harbor Race yet! Last year over 5,300 participants ran through the village streets of Northport, New York with another 650 running in the 2K race.  Ted's Race Day Itinerary

4:10am-  Wake Up Stretch and change out of my Pajama Gram Hoodie-Footie Pajamas

 4:15am-  Put on TV and watch highlights of Tea Party Republican Presidential Candidates Debate from the past week

 4:30am-  Put on my shorts from last years race

4:40am-  Jog down the street to diner

4:55am-  Arrive at diner, eat 2 Bowls of Raisin Bran w/ Whole Milk and 1 Glass of Orange Juice

5:20am-  Jog Home

5:25am-  Poop 1st time (From Raisin Bran)

5:30am-  Unplug the toilet from the combination of poop and toilet paper clogging up drain

5:45am-  Shower, Comb and moose my hair, Brush my Teeth, rinse with Listerine and Shave

6:05am-  Wash jogging Shorts

6:25am-  Dry Jogging Shorts

6:50am-  Catch up on missed episodes of the REAL HOUSEWIVES of NEW JERSEY 

7:45am-  Poop 2nd time from Raisin Bran and nerves

7:55am-  Realize I'm late and shoot down the parkway for Northport hoping not to see any Troopers

8:25am-  Arrive at race site, stretch, and drink warm beer from trunk

8:30am-  Look for News 12 Meteorologist IRONMAN Rich Hoffman to pose for pictures for my celebrity folder

8:50am-  Begin race focusing on old ladies rear ends in spandex on course

10:35am- Finish Race and Look for Beer Truck

10:50am- Try to sneak into picture with winner of the race and also try to touch his trophy

Noon-      Pass out on front lawn and sleep until Monday morning
