Mangano Opens Showers At Three County Facilities For Residents
Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano today announced that in an effort to support Nassau County residents who are still suffering from LIPA power outages, shower facilities will be available at three County facilities to accommodate residents free of charge.

“Many of our residents have been inconvenienced while LIPA works to restore power throughout Nassau County. Accordingly, I welcome anyone who may be in need to visit shower facilities at our County facilities,” said County Executive Mangano.
Beginning on Saturday, November 3, 2012, shower facilities at Cantiague Park in Hicksville, the Nassau County Aquatic Center in Eisenhower Park, and the Mitchel Athletic Complex in Uniondale from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. each day until further notice.
