The year was 1984. July. I had no money but I had great seats for Ratt, Twisted Sister and Lita Ford at Pier 84 in NYC.
Ratt’s “Out of the Cellar” was hot, the song Round and Round was at the top of the charts; Twisted’s “Stay Hungry” album was 2 months old and on fire!; and Lita is fighting to become a star, still 4 years away from“Close My Eyes Forever” and “Kiss Me Deadly”.
I had a 35mm Minolta, 5 rolls of fast film and a mullet…enjoy!
