'Spider-Man' star Tobey Maguire is firing back after getting tangled in an alleged gambling web.
The Associated Press reports that the actor's lawyer has denied that Maguire is guilty of any wrongdoing concerning Texas Hold 'Em poker matches involving Maguire and other celebrities including director Nick Cassavetes ('The Notebook') and actor Gabe Kaplan("Welcome Back Kotter").
