It's easy to help Stamp Out Hunger

Previous Posts

By Webmaster

As hunger continues to rise on Long Island, there are now more than 300,000 Long Island residents suffering from hunger. More help is needed from all Long Islanders to help stamp out hunger and feed their neighbors in need. Check out how YOU can help!

Donate.
Leave non-perishable, food items next to your mailbox on Saturday, May 8 and your letter carrier will pick them up. You can also bring food donations to your local post office.

Volunteer. Letter carriers collect nearly one million pounds of food from homes across Long Island. Volunteers are needed to sort and pack food to fill local soup kitchens, pantries and shelters. Click here to volunteer.

For information on what to donate and how to volunteer,
