Vince Neil was only released from jail on a DUI recently, and he’s already in trouble again!

Things are turning ugly between Neil and his ex, Alicia Jacobs, after the rocker allegedly assaulted her on Thursday.  The Motley Crue singer is saying Alicia is lying about a bruise she claims he left on her arm. 

Neil told the Las Vegas Weekly, “I never touched her,” adding that he has witnesses to vouch for him.  Vince went on to say he only went up to Alicia to introduce her to people when a person she was with argued with him and he argued back before leaving. 

The alleged altercation where Neil reportedly shouted obscenities at Alicia took place at comedian Hal Sparks’ show at the Las Vegas Hilton. Sparks has since weighed in, telling a Vegas radio station that Vince’s behavior was “unnecessary,” “stupid” and “mean-spirited.”

Vince hasn’t been charged with anything but a battery report was filed and Alicia is reportedly hiring an attorney.
