Van Halen started their tour Saturday night in Louisville, Kentucky at the KFC Yum Center, turning in a 22-song set that not only contained the hits and four tracks off the new album, A Different Kind of Truth, but two songs they haven't done in concert since 1979 and 1980 - "Outta Love Again" and "Women in Love."

A review in Louisville's Courier-Journal said, "David Lee Roth bounced around the stage like a big, 57-year-old kid, delivering a performance that was half burlesque, half living-room show-off, and all rock star... But the night belonged to Eddie, who was in peak form. His right hand was like a jackhammer all night as he showed utter command of his instrument, with no apparent ill effects from a 2009 surgery on his left hand."  Read the review here.
