Check Out Def Leppard and Poison at the Rock of Ages Premier By Donna Donna
Hollywood has turned the Broadway musical Rock of Ages into a big screen extravaganza with Tom Cruise playing the power ballad / hair band front man Stacee Jaxx (some reports say his character is based on Axl Rose).
Alec Baldwin and Russell Brand play the managers of an LA Rock club and Catherine Zeta-Jones handles the role of the anti-rock crusading LA mayor's wife.
The film opens today and is getting mixed reviews with a mediocre tomatometer reading of just 43% . If you’re not familiar with the website Rotten Tomatoes .
(a site that aggregates film critics reviews) the tomatometer reading is the percentage of tomatometer critics who have given a movie a positive review. Well at least you know the music will be good.
