Neil Young, Foo Fighters Freebie update By Donna Donna
Neil Young with Crazy Horse, Foo Fighters and The Black Keys are headlining a free concert in Central Park on Saturday, September 29th, as part of The Global Poverty Project’s Global Festival 2012.
The concert is free, but you must have a ticket to get in and as of today (9/17) all of the free tickets for the festival have been given away. From today on, the only way to get into the show is to purchase VIP tickets.
A limited number of VIP tickets are available and all net proceeds go to the charity. You can get’em at globalfestival.com.
Neil Young said, “With at least 1.3 billion people living in extreme poverty on Earth today, there has never been a better time to become a Global Citizen and do whatever you can to make a difference for your fellow man.”
