The latest in a slew of rock memoirs comes from Ann and Nancy Wilson from Heart it's called 'Kicking and Dreaming' and covers the sisters early lives and 4 decade career.
According to the book their rock dreams began when they saw the Beatles on the Ed Sullivan show and decided right then and there that's what they wanted to do.
Juicy stories include tales of Eddie and Alex Van Halen's suggestion as to how the four of them might spend the night together and how the girls once stalked Paul McCartney.

'Kicking and Dreaming' is out now and Hearts new album 'Fanatic' drops 10/2. The band comes to the Beacon Theater on October 3rd, and makes a rare club appearance at the Paramount in Huntington on October 10th.
