There's really not much chance you missed this, but in case you did here's the short version: Over the weekend, actor Michael Douglas, in a wide ranging interview with UK paper The Guardian said that his throat cancer was caused by having oral sex.
As if the mental picture of Michael Douglas contracting cancer from oral sex isn't creepy enough (or as he refers to it cunnilingus, which despite the fact that that's the clinical term for it , sounds so much dirtier), yesterday his PR team issued a statement denying that he said it.
Now The Guardian says, oh yes he did so say it and we have the tape to prove it! Yeesh, as much as we might wish that this story would just go away it refuses to die, and the worst part of it all is that doctors say yep you can get throat cancer from, ahem, cunnilingus.
