They may call it Jazz Fest, but the biggest names at The 2014 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival come from the world of rock.
Eric Clapton, Bruce Springsteen, Robert Plant, Santana, John Fogerty, and Phish, join a line-up of headliners that are a mix of contemporary and veteran rock, pop and R&B stars. Oh yeah, there's jazz too, as well as over 40 native Louisiana groups, like Trombone Shorty , Irma Thomas, Allen Toussaint, Aaron Neville, the Radiators, Better Than Ezra, the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, and Buckwheat Zydeco.
And I didn't even mention the culture, food and crafts! If you've ever wanted to take a trip to New Orleans, now might be the time. The 2014 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival takes place on 2 weekends, April 25 - 27 and May 1 - 4, 2014
