Today, Ozzy Osbourne kicks off the Canadian leg of his Scream tour, which has fans in the Great White North pretty excited. One fan in particular has chosen a unique way to pay tribute to the Prince of Darkness. Local artist Paul Archer is celebrating the rocker by painting a two-story high mural of Ozzy in Victoria, British Columbia. Check out a news report below.
