If you listen to me on the weekends, you’ve no doubt heard me refer to Guns ‘n’ Roses frontman Axl Rose as ‘our modern day Syd Barrett’. But after what happened a few nights ago, it may be high time for me to change it to ‘the clown klutz of rock and roll’.

First it was Mexico City, then Russia, Liverpool and now, France. Time #4 took place a few nights ago when while singing Sweet Child O’ Mine, he appeared to fall face first onstage. Check out the clip below and see for yourself.

I usually would never poke fun at this kind of thing. Lord knows I’ve landed spread eagle on my ass too many times to count. But after reading what seems like an assembly line of stories about him acting like a royal douchebag, I couldn’t help but laugh at it.
