Now in spite of my large size, I fancy myself a fairly athletic guy. I lift weights, do cardio and train Kempo 4-to-5 days a week.

But after reading this story, I may as well be scarfing down Buffalo wings watching a ‘Dexter’ marathon.

This guy positively blew me out of the water.

He's a Long Islander who lost his legs when he was 4. And yet, he's training for the chance to represent us at the 2016 Paralympics in Rio for powerlifting. He benches 350 now, which makes the 270 I bragged about benching in high school quite wimpy by comparison, doesn’t it?!

He also makes his living as a motivational speaker. Is there a calling more befitting?!

Not much more to say except that this dude's amazing. Read more here.
