Without question this has got to be one of the more embarrassing days of anyone’s life.
This dude decided he didn’t want to wait in traffic for the construction work. So he took the shortcut.
Apparently, cement doesn’t dry fast enough for him sooooooo…he incurred about 80 GRAND in damages.
