Born and raised on Long Island (Nassau County, baby!), I rock your weekends and overnights. A radio veteran of over 20 years on the Island, I love listening to progressive rock (I'm a self-confessed “huge Rush nerd”) and heavy metal. I spend much of my free time practicing martial arts, traveling with my wife and reading.
