Bon Jovi Keyboardist David Bryan’s “Diana The Musical” Finally Coming To Broadway And Netflix

“Diana The Musical” with music and lyrics by Bon Jovi keyboardist David Bryan ran for 9 previews before the pandemic shut down Broadway. Now the show is coming to Netflix and finally to Broadway.

“Diana The Musical” played for nine previews at the Longacre Theatre before Broadway shut down on March 12th, 2020.

According to David Bryan’s website he “won three 2010 Tony Award’s for Best Score/Lyrics, Best Orchestrations, and Best Musical, for the hit Broadway musical Memphis as well as a Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Awards for Best Musical.

He and Joe DiPietro have also co-written the award-winning musical The Toxic Avenger.And won The Outer Critics Circle Awards for Best Off Broadway Musical.”

Bryan and DePietro are teamed up again for “Diana The Musical”.

The show tells the story of Princess Diana.

It is described as “The true musical story about a woman who chose to be fearless and as a result became timeless”.

The show will premiere on Netflix on October 1st, 2021.

It was supposed to open on Broadway on December 1st. 2021 but, they have moved it up to now open on November 2nd, 2021.
