Carl Formes was nominated by his wife Ilene Formes who said, “He’s a firefighter with the West Babylon Fire Department, as well as drives the ambulance. He is an ex-captain several times. He also is in fire services and was an ex-president. He’s in FASNY as well. He loves helping others. He has cancer and still rushes to do fire services. He is a great firefighter husband father brother and has become a grandfather now.”
