The Go-Go’s got their start in the late 70′s on the LA Punk Scene.

Currently their story is being told on Showtime in the documentary “The Go-Go’s”.

The film was directed by Allison Ellwood who also directed documentaries about The Eagles and the Laurel Canyon sound.

In the movie you can see The Go-Go’s playing “Club Zero” live.

It’s their first new single in 20 years.

We spoke to Bassist Kathy Valentine about the documentary, the new single and a lot more.
