June 18th 2021 Styx will release their new album “Crash Of The Crown”.

The band released the title track/lead off single from the album on May 6th 2021.

The song features it’s 2 guitarist’s Tommy Shaw and James “JY” Young on vocals along with their singer/keyboardist Lawrence Gowan.

It’s the first time Styx has featured 3 vocalists on the same track.

I had a chance to talk with James “JY” Young about the album and the tour that will follow.

The tour is scheduled to begin the same day as the album’s release.
