Jesse of the NYPD and Massapequa Park Fire Department was nominated by his brother, Dylan, who said “Dylan thinks his big brother should be honored because of he is a firefighter and also a cop. He as a cop found a little guy autistic like me on the streets by herself lost and because of me he knew how to respond to her and get her the help she needed to get her back to her parents and off the streets of the city. He helped older people and as a first responder the last big storm we had he save people from.  My big brother is my hero and my idol. I always wish for him to be safe and never to get hurt. I look to you my big brother. He is the best brother in the world. I can’t ask for a better brother or anybody else to be my brother. Love you big brother. Love Dylan your little brother.”
