Yesterday, singer Morrissey canceled his concert in Valencia, Spain saying the “scheduled show in Valencia has been rendered impossible due to sleep deprivation.”
This brought up the time Roger was supposed to interview Rush singer Geddy Lee backstage after their Nassau Coliseum show. Geddy was battling a cold throughout the concert, but he pushed through and finished the show.
Although Geddy was able to finish the concert, he was unable to do his scheduled interview with Roger. So Roger got to do a rare interview with late drummer Neil Peart instead.
