We got word this morning that legendary Yankees Radio Broadcaster John Sterling passed away at the age of 87.

He was the voice of summer for many from 1989 - 2024. He even called 5060 straight games before taking a day off.

We listened to Sterling’s good and not-so-good moments as well as spoke “Murph” the voice of summer for the Mets for decades as well if he welcomed John to Heaven yet.
