Marilyn was nominated by her son, Jason, who said “She has been an active volunteer EMT-CC for dix hills fire department (25yrs) including during the pandemic, actively volunteering her time to vaccinate the public during the pandemic as well as provide rapid COVID testing. She is also owner and founder of nationwide instruction for cardio vascular education (NICE Inc.) which provides training in CPR and First Aid for persons across the country .  NICE Inc is also a leading distributor of AEDs that can significantly increase a persons chances of survival in a cardiac arrest.”
