Matthew was nominated by his wife Jocelyn who says, “Matt has been in Mattituck FD for over 15 years. He is currently a Lieutenant and is constantly doing what he can to help new members coming in or ones who are struggling with certain aspects. He wants to eventually run for chief as well. He follows in his father’s footsteps who we unfortunately lost a year ago. His father would be so proud!”
