Michael Mulvihill, of the Suffolk County Police Department, was nominated by James Shanahan who said, “Michael Mulvihill started the Suffolk County Police Academy in January of 2023. After completing the Academy in August of 2023 Michael was assigned to the Fourth Precinct. Michael still works in the Fourth Precinct, continuing to make his friends and family proud as he protects and serves the residents of Suffolk County.”
