Rob Matalevich, of the Nassau County Police Department, was nominated by former honoree Jimmy Shanahan who said, “Rob Matalevich became a Nassau County Police Officer in January 2007. He graduated from the Police Academy in July of that year and was assigned to the 5th Precinct. As an active police officer, Rob had higher aspirations. He set his sights on the Highway Patrol. In 2015 Rob joined the Highway Patrol and eventually moved to the Motorcycle Platoon where he currently works.”
Rob, as a small way of saying thanks for all you do for the community, you will receive a $100 gift card to The Pizzeria.
