The true embodiment of what a first responder should be.″ Ryan’s friend Caleb Giordano reiterated that, saying “Lt. Ryan McGowan is a true firefighters’ firefighter. He recently commanded a scene that could have been catastrophic but thanks to his quick thinking he handled it with grace and kept it at bay.”
