Shragi was nominated by his brother, Chanan, who said, “He has been an EMT for FDNY for 12 years and loves his job. He is proud to get up to go to work every day. He has been working countless hours during this pandemic and he doesn’t let that scare him. He also a volunteer for almost 20 years while currently serving as a lieutenant”.
