In 1994 Page and Plant did MTV Unplugged.

After the show the performance was released as “No Quarter: Jimmy Page and Robert Plant Unledded”.

The duo toured behind the release.

Before beginning the tour Plant had spoken of not wanting to sing “Stairway To Heaven” anymore.

It was November 10th 1994 that while on tour they were guests on Japanese TV.

Part of their visit to this TV show was an acoustic performance of “Stairway”.

By all accounts this is the only time Page and Plant did this as a duo and acoustic.
