102.3 WBAB and 106.1 BLI are teaming up with the New York Blood Center to honor those who lost their lives on 9-11. It’s a “GIVE LIFE FOR LIVES LOST” Blood Drive and it’s going on September 4th – 22nd at various locations across Long Island.

There is an emergency need for blood now and this blood drive will help so many people who need it. Our goal is to get a pint of blood to represent each life lost on 9-11 and we know with your help we can do that!

So join us at one of our GIVE LIFE FOR LIVES LOST 9-11 BLOOD DRIVES. Everyone who donates receives a limited edition “GIVE LIFE FOR LIVES LOST” t-shirt. And while supplies last, a facemask courtesy of King Quality.

And thanks to our friends at Clare Rose, The Rabbit’s Foot in Hicksville, Changing Times in Bay Shore, Riley Fibbers in East Islip and The Dark Horse Tavern in Farmingdale, certain locations you can get a “Pint for a Pint”. The first 100 people who donate blood at the four locations highlighted below, get a coupon for a free pint of Bud Light to be redeemed at the location listed below. Must be 21 and over. Voucher cannot be used the day of donation.
