Henri: Storm spawns multiple tornadoes, downgraded to post-tropical cyclone

Henri became the third-named hurricane of the 2021 Atlantic season but weakened to a post-tropical cyclone early Monday evening after making landfall near Westerly, Rhode Island, on Sunday, according to the National Hurricane Center.
