“It’s horrible. It’s just horrible. They tore the family apart,” Obie Odneal, Annette’s husband of nearly 40 years, told the TV station.

The crash occurred at about 12:30 p.m. in Posen, Illinois, after Annette Odneal, a recently retired teacher, left services at Abounding Life: Church of God in Christ, WMAQ reported.

Home security video shows the alleged suspects flee the scene after the crash, the TV station reported.

According to WLS-TV, one of the suspects was injured in the crash and can be seen being carried by the others in the video. The injured suspect was then taken to an area hospital and apprehended by police.

Police also confirmed to the TV station that the stolen Charger has been recovered, and authorities are still seeking the three other individuals seen on video exiting the vehicle after the deadly crash.
