Officials with the Bradford County Sheriff’s Office told WJAX that members of the U.S. Marshals Service arrested 31-year-old Farrakhan Muhammad in Starke. He had been identified Tuesday as the suspected gunman in Saturday’s shooting.

Police said at least one gunman opened fire just before 5 p.m. Saturday during an argument that involved between two and four men in Times Square. Officers in the area heard four or five shots and rushed to the area, where they found the victims.

Police Commissioner Dermot Shea identified the injured as a 4-year-old girl from Brooklyn who was out toy shopping with her family, a 43-year-old New Jersey woman and a 23-year-old woman visiting from Rhode Island.
