The driver charged in the deadly crash at a Deer Park nail salon has been indicted on several charges, including second-degree murder. A jury indicted Steven Schwally on four counts of murder in the second degree, assault in the first degree, manslaughter in the second degree and other charges. Police say Schwally drove drunk and crashed into the Hawaii Nail and Spa on Grand Boulevard, killing off-duty NYPD Officer Emilia Rennhack, a nail salon co-owner and two employees while injuring several others.
