Maureen, who works at NUMC in East Meadow, was nominated by her friend, Mara Hochhauser, who said “Maureen gives 100 percent of herself. She’s conscientious and very caring. Her patients love her. Her colleagues love her. Maureen sets the standard for what a terrific nurse should be.″
